Every year, our goal is simple: to offer Pre-Buy and CAP Budget programs that provide real value and peace of mind for the heating season ahead.

This year, energy markets have remained unusually volatile. After carefully reviewing current market conditions, we don't believe it's in our customers' best interest to launch either program just yet.

Our goal is to bring customers the best possible value. We're monitoring the market each week and will launch our Pre-Buy and CAP Budget programs when we're confident market conditions support delivering that value.
