Use of this card constitutes agreement to the following:
  • Acceptance of merchandise or service by use of this card shall constitute agreement as to correctness and quantity.
  • All bills are due for payment upon presentation.
  • All purchases made by use of this card shall be conclusively presumed to have named holder's approval unless and until written notice is received by the issuing company of the loss or theft of this card.
  • This card remains the property of Energy North Inc. and may be restricted, modified, or cancelled at any time without notice, and customer agrees to surrender this card upon demand.
  • This card will be honored, unless revoked at Energy North Service Stations.
