Download the Haffner’s Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign up in a few quick steps.
What do I get for joining?
Fuel discounts, deals on food and drinks, and access to clubs like Pizza and Beverage. Plus, birthday rewards, special offers, and more.

Right in the app. You’ll also see select offers featured in-store.
How long do offers last?
Each offer has its own expiration date. Make sure you check the offer details so you don't miss out.
Can I use multiple offers at once?
Yes. Stack your offers and get more value in a single transaction.
Will offers change over time?
Yes. New offers and promotions are added regularly.
When do I get my birthday offer?
Your birthday reward is available at 12:00 EST on the day of your birthday. Your birthday reward will be available for two weeks before it expires.

How do I use my rewards?
Scan your app or enter your phone number at checkout to apply your offers.
How do I redeem my free items?
Same way - scan your app or enter your phone number when purchasing qualifying items like coffee or pizza.
How do I track my rewards?
Everything lives in the app, offers, rewards, and your progress.
Do offers expire?
Yes, some do. Expiration timing should be clearly shown in the Haffner's Rewards app.
Do fuel rewards expire?
Yes, after 45 days.
Do I need the app to participate?
The app gives you the best experience, but you can still use your phone number if you don’t have a smartphone. If you want to sign up without an app, click here.

What club programs do you offer?
We offer the option to join both our Pizza Club and our dispensed Beverage Club
How do the club programs work?
Scan your app or enter your phone number when you buy qualifying items. You’ll automatically earn progress toward free rewards.
How do I redeem club rewards?
Same as everything else. Scan your app or enter your number at checkout.
Do my club rewards expire?
No, Club Rewards do not expire, you can stack on your free pizza and free beverage rewards.
21+ offers
What is the tobacco loyalty program?
Customers who are 21+ and verified in the app can access exclusive tobacco offers and promotions.
How do I complete the 21+ verification?
Follow the steps in the Haffner’s Rewards app to verify your age and unlock these offers.
Why do I have to scan 10 times to receive my discounts?
This helps us verify your account and make sure you’re eligible for 21+ offers. Once you’ve completed 10 qualifying purchases, you’ll unlock access to exclusive nicotine discounts and promotions.

What information do I need to sign up?
Name, email, phone number, zip code, and birthday. Your birthday is private, don’t worry.
What if I don't have a smartphone, can I still join?
Yes, you can use your phone number to register online and use your phone number in-store.
How do I redeem offers in-store?
You can use your number or scan your bar code that's in the Haffner's Rewards App at checkout.
How do I use the app to redeem fuel offers at the pump?
Enter your phone number at the pump to apply your fuel rewards.

I didn’t receive my reward. What should I do?
Make sure you scanned your app or entered your phone number at checkout. If your reward is still missing. reach out to our support team at support@haffnersrewards.com or through the app.
My offer didn’t apply at checkout
Double check that the offer was active and not expired, and that all purchase requirements were met. If something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll take a look.
