Why is my Haffner's Tunnel Wash temporarily closed?
We're making improvements that will enhance your Unlimited Wash Membership experience and allow us to introduce even more member benefits in the future.
How long will the closure last?
We expect the closure to last approximately one week.
Can I still use my Unlimited Wash Membership?
Yes! Your membership remains active and can be used at any other Haffner's Tunnel Wash location while your home location is temporarily closed.
Will I still be charged while my location is closed?
No. We'll automatically pause your membership billing while your home location is closed.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Everything happens automatically.
When will my billing resume?
Your membership billing will automatically resume when your home location reopens.
Will my membership or account change?
Your Unlimited Wash Membership will continue uninterrupted. If any action is ever needed from you, we'll communicate it well in advance.
