What is the deadline to submit my paperwork?
To be eligible for the Prebuy program, please submit your completed paperwork and full payment by Monday, October 26, 2026.
How will I know if my Prebuy contract was received and approved?
If you submit your contract online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a copy of your approved contract. If you mail your contract and provide an email address, we’ll notify you when it is received and provide an update on its approval status.
When do I need to pay for my Prebuy contract?
Payment is due in full before your contract can be approved.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and money orders.
Will my discounts apply to my Prebuy offer?
Yes. Your contract must be paid in full, and any eligible discounts will be applied at the time of delivery.
Is there a minimum number of gallons I can purchase?
Yes. The minimum purchase is 250 gallons.
When does the Prebuy delivery period begin and end?
Your Prebuy delivery period begins once your contract is approved and paid in full and ends April 30, 2027.
